  2. You represent and warrant that you have the right to grant this license and that none of your content infringes upon the rights of any third party.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service:

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cartoonist Network is based, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
